Experience:

• At least 15 years

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from BUET/ CUET/ KUET/ RUET

• At least 15 years

• Age At least 40 years

• At least 5 years experience in similar position.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in industries such as Garment, Textile & Packaging Manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with expertise in troubleshooting and maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of maintenance professionals.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Additionally RMG sector automation and PLC program expert will be in high preference

• Responsible for proper management of Engineering department (Electrical & Mechanical).

• Have good knowledge about HT and LT substation with all equipment maintenance.

• Have good knowledge about power generator (4 megawatt capacity) with proper maintenance.

• Have good knowledge about factory audit/compliance like; RSC, Nerapon, fire protection/detection system with proper maintenance.

• Have good knowledge about electrical power load distribution as required.

• Have good knowledge about all types of Air conditioner units with maintenance.

• Ensure that all electrical designs and installations comply with relevant local, national and international electrical codes, standards and regulations.

• Responsible for total utility (electrical, gas, water, air-conditioner and boiler (steam generate).

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing electrical safety, environmental protection, and workplace health and safety.

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of competency and productivity.

• Represent the maintenance department in meetings, discussions, and strategic planning sessions, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support organizational goals and submit the annual budget of the machine’s equipment.
