Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Industrial, production Engineer (IPE) / Textile Engineer from any Public or well reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of Leading an IE Team of an Export Oriented Knit Garments.
∎ Should Have Excellent Ability of Production Monitoring, Analysis & Report Preparation.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Latest Technologies & Tools to Increase Productivity.
∎ Capable of Planning for Skill Improvement of Manpower.
∎ Capable of Improvisation, Automation & Maximum Utilization of Resources.
∎ Responsible for the right quality product & on time shipment.
∎ Must be versatile in judging SMV of garments.
∎ Ensure proper method & time study.
∎ Identity & Monitor the bottle neck operations.
∎ Ensure proper line balancing & conform daily line wise production target.
∎ Prepare all type of Production and shipment related report for the top management.
∎ Must be familiar with modern garments factory practice.
∎ Sound knowledge on cost reduction & control.
∎ Better communication & Cooperation skill with all relevant departments.
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Garments Production Management (Cutting, Sewing & Finishing)
∎ Must have min 10 yrs practical work experience in running Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Knitting, Dyeing of a Knit Composite factory.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following areas: Production, Merchandising, Store and Quality etc.
∎ Highest ethical standards, strong leadership skills and self-motivated
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Computer Skills
∎ Can set up New Projects
