Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)/CA/CMA
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting or Finance from recognized university
∎ ITP
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain timely and accurate Tax financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with Bangladesh tax & vat Laws.
∎ Driving the tax financial, Tax & VAT planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.
∎ Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial, accounting, tax and VAT policies and procedures.
∎ Retaining constant awareness of the company's statutory position and acting to prevent problems regarding the issues,
∎ Set targets for and supervise all files like personal & companies.
∎ Develop and maintain Tax financial accounting systems
∎ Prepare timely and detailed reports on Tax financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
∎ All the possible activities relating to Income Tax, VAT, RJSC and other related authorities.
∎ And any other assignment which may be assigned by the management.
∎ To provide tax & VAT strategic advice, direction and leadership.
∎ To communicate and handle the tax & vat authorities time to time.
∎ Ensure all recommendations appearing in various internal, external, regulatory audits. Compliance Review reports are implemented in an appropriate manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 year(s) practical experience in manufacturing Company(s)
∎ Skills Required: Commerce Graduate with ITP
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Accounts and Finance, Recovery, Strategic Planning, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ Should have minimum 10 years' service experience in Manufacturing Company under Tax & VAT management System out of which at least 3 years as similar position.
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team building efficiency.
∎ Proficiency in Office applications and ERP.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on Accounting, Income TAX and VAT.
Salary: Negotiable
