• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor/Honors

• Graduates from SUST, JUST, RUET, KUET will be given preference.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• At least 2 years in a leadership role (Senior Manager/AGM level).
• Ability to deal with 40 Production Lines (1,250 Machines)

• Lead the Industrial Engineering (IE) department, driving process development, productivity improvement, and efficiency enhancement initiatives.
• Develop and implement line balancing, manpower planning, and workflow optimization to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor production performance to reduce waste, bottlenecks, and cycle times.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and planning teams to drive continuous improvement programs.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to IE and production teams.
• Prepare and present productivity reports, MIS, and performance analysis to management.
• Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
