Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and submit necessary reports required by the Management.
∎ • Over all activities in production department;
∎ • Achieve production target consistently;
∎ • Ensure that all the garments are produced in right quality and delivered on time;
∎ • Ensure and maintain proper working conditions and compliance requirements at work place;
∎ • Make necessary production plan as per the shipment schedule.
∎ • Planning of work process of all unit in the factory;
∎ • Perform and manage complex and sensitive professional planning for production, research and analysis;
∎ • Deploy research methods and statistical principles related to production planning and development;
∎ • Serve as liaison and performs all necessary functions in support of Production Planning;
∎ • Assigns work to professional staff and ensure appropriate training is provided;
∎ • Evaluates operations and activities of assigned responsibilities;• Prepare reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and modifications;
∎ • Establish Principles and practices of supervision, training and personnel management;
∎ • Ensure that goods and services are produced at the correct time, cost, and quality;
∎ • Manage factory relationships and long-term factory development;
∎ • Ensure that lead time are tracked, and manage critical path to meet customer delivery;
∎ Prepare and submit necessary reports required by the Management.
