Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficient in utilizing manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
∎ Should have knowledge on modern garments machinery & automation. Manage all aspect of production from line feeding (layout) to packing to ensure the targets are met by delivering the quality goods on right time.
∎ Handle necessary production activities to achieve targets with minimum cost.
∎ Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
∎ Responsible for reporting production cost, maintenance, consumption, monthly stock, people, quality and safety for effective decision making by management.
∎ Maintain communication with all concern dept. of factory to carry out the required jobs.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage like rejection, alteration, over cutting, over production, and extra hour work.
∎ Capable in making communications independently throwing E-mail with internal/buyers.
∎ Sound knowledge of the technical aspects of lingerie garments.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on basic issues of social compliance.
∎ Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years working experience in garments industry.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on all operations including sample, cutting, sewing, finishing etc.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on different type of knit fabrics & their faults.
∎ The candidate must be hard working, energetic & smart to run a knit garments efficiently
∎ The candidate should have modern concept on cost & manpower minimization.
