Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering from a reputed university
∎ MBA- from any reputed university will be an added advantage
∎ Should have working experience in Accord/Alliance/ELEVATE/RSC
∎ Experience in Managing several Fire Safety audits of Accord, Alliance, RSC, ELEVATE successfully
∎ Should be smart, agile, outspoken, intelligent, and proactive
∎ Should have skill in word excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD
∎ Should be good in preparing various correspondences in English
∎ Skills Required: Fire Door, Fire prevention System, Fire Protection and Detection System, Fire Safety Audit, Fire safety Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate guidance & policies of CHO Fire Dept. on various Fire Safety Audit issues.
∎ Manage Audit of all the factories by taking necessary cooperation of the Heads of Zone A& B and guiding the Technical Manager of CHO Fire Dept. as necessary.
∎ Visit the factories having forthcoming audits as per company policy/ as instructed by GM Fire Safety and ensure their audit preparation on the fire safety issues.
∎ Visit the factories having fire safety audits and carry out internal audit/s as per prepared format to find the weaknesses to overcome them for a successful audit.
∎ Maintain liaison with the factories (Zonal Heads, factory Head, Compliance Manager & Fire Safety Officer) having forthcoming Fire Safety Audits for getting their jobs in managing the Audits successfully.
∎ Cooperate Fire Safety Consultant (if appointed in managing audits) and Technical Manager in getting maximum output from them in qualifying the audits.
∎ Monitor progress of work of CHO Fire Safety Maintenance Team that are related to Fire Safety Audits (closing NCs as per CAPs, preparedness for audits, etc)
∎ Monitor regular record keeping of the maintenance of CFDS, FPS, fire doors, fire extinguishers and equipment, training conducted in the factory, etc by the factories, receive their '90 days Monitoring Report' for Nirapon on the same in time, check them for their correctness and forward them to the designated Safety Audit Coordinator of CHO in time.
∎ Get regular updates of remedial actions taken by the Technical Team and provide updated CAP to the designated Safety Audit Coordinator in time.
∎ Monitor the activities of Compliance Executive, Monitoring & Surveillance Team, and CHO engineer of Fire Safety Department and guide them as necessary for their best performance.
∎ Critically study the internal audit reports of Monitoring & Surveillance Teams, communicate with the factory, Technical Team, and Procurement team as necessary to overcome the shortfalls.
∎ Guide the Monitoring & Surveillance Teams and communicate with the factory Compliance Managers as necessary for their effective visits to the factory.
∎ Take necessary initiative to obtain or facilitate a fire safety plan from FSCD team.
∎ Ensure Fire Training and drills of the designated Palmal installations by CHO Training Team.
∎ Ensure Repair and Maintenance issues of CFDS, CFPS, Fire doors, etc. of the Palmal installations.
∎ Cooperate GM Fire & Safety in the performance of his duties as necessary.
∎ Any other duty as vested by higher authority.
