Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance
∎ FCA/FCMA / ACA/ACCA will be an advantage as a qualification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and present monthly financial reports including monthly profit and loss by division, budget vs. actual for respective concerns
∎ Formulate Variance Analysis report of the Profit & Loss for respective business Units
∎ Develop and maintain the monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget
∎ Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts
∎ Implement and report proper Controlling systems for both financial and operational activities
∎ Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems
∎ Implement timely internal Controls and proper Finance Work Flow
∎ Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data and provide to all responsible for cost center
∎ Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts, and overhead cost allocation
∎ Arrange Corporate Finance
∎ Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion
∎ Engage in various functions, including HR, sales and customer service
∎ Closely monitor and guide responsible person regarding Vat & Tax of the company
∎ Follow compliance to RJSC and other regulatory requirements
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Carry an overall minimum 5 years of experience as mid/top management position and 5 years of AGM of a company (may be relaxed for exceptional performers).
∎ Effective communication, negotiation, networking and influencing skills.
∎ A good strategist and a solutions provider.
∎ Strong verbal and writing skill in English, team building, proper direction.
∎ The applicants must be experienced in all areas of import-export trade; like; Accounts, Audit, Commercial, Export-Import, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), and all internal/external cost-controlling issues.
