Responsibilities & Context:
This position will be responsible for defining and executing the ERP strategy for Datatex ‘NOW’ across the organization. This role involves leading the ERP team, ensuring system optimization, and driving process improvements to support business objectives in the textile industry.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Datatex NOW ERP strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Lead and mentor ERP functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Ensure optimal utilization of Datatex NOW ERP resources to maximize business value.
Oversee implementation, configuration, and customization of Datatex NOW ERP modules.
Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities using Datatex NOW ERP capabilities.
Streamline workflows and integrate ERP solutions to enhance productivity.
Monitor and report KPIs to measure ERP impact on business performance.
Establish and enforce ERP governance policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Manage user access controls, authorization, and ensure data integrity.
Liaise with Datatex and third-party service providers for effective ERP service delivery.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and department heads.
Oversee integration and management of different ERP systems and related business applications.
