Skills Required: Knitting,Knitting and Dyeing
Additional Requirements:
- Age 40 to 45 years
- Only Male
- 10 years in knit dyeing, with 5+ years in senior management.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of dyeing machinery, processes, and chemistry for knit dyeing.
- Proven leader with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee and manage daily dyeing & dye house operations to ensure achievement of production targets, delivery timelines, and efficiency goals.
- Ensure strict quality control and full compliance with buyer/customer specifications, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Lead, guide, and motivate production teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, water, energy, and chemical consumption.
- Plan and control production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization, machine efficiency, and manpower deployment.
- Manage inventory of dyes, chemicals, and auxiliaries, maintaining minimum wastage and uninterrupted production flow.
- Monitor and analyze production costs, prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports, and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Support senior management in achieving strategic and operational goals, aligning dyeing operations with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate closely with Quality, IE, Maintenance, and Merchandising teams to ensure consistent shade, bulk-to-lab matching, and smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with sustainability and regulatory standards, including buyer audits and environmental guidelines.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions to maintain process stability and continuous production flow.
