∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from BUTEX will be given priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
lawer system, Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to run auto dispensing department efficiently.
∎ Ensure dyes & chemical feeding to dyeing machines.
∎ Have to prepare SOP for machine operations and execute accordingly.
∎ Have to train operators to operate all dispensers efficiently and monitor co-workers on daily basis.
∎ Monitor dyes & chemical stock as per daily consumption and confirm feeding accordingly.
∎ Control for adding of dyes & chemicals.
∎ Monitor & controlling schedule maintenance of auto dispensers.
∎ Have to give instructions and guidelines for dyes and chemical handling.
∎ Handle all trouble shootings efficiently with root cause analysis.
∎ Confirm quality and quantity of incoming raw materials with the help of Lab department.
∎ Analysis daily consumption & costing as per batch.
∎ Analysis monthly consumption & costing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have the adequate job experience to run the Team.
∎ Candidate Must be expert in Lawer system.
∎ Candidates working in the Lawer system will be given preference.
∎ Must have proven track of work at Textile (Auto Dosing System) in a reputed Company.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have ability to accept the challenge
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
