Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality assurance and control systems are implemented, maintained and improved in order to assure the quality of products as per clients' standards and requirements and to meet KPIs set by the company.
∎ Take appropriate action to ensure that required quality standards are maintained through the process to prevent the recurrence of similar issues
∎ Set appropriate quality standards and tolerances (within acceptable limits) with regards to raw material and production quality so as to exceed customer expectations in the most effective manner
∎ Communicate all quality-related decisions and issues effectively to all relevant internal and external parties, (customers and suppliers) to assure the consistency of standards, and providing quality related information to the required persons and the management to facilitate decision making
∎ Preparing daily quality report, monthly KPI report, quality certificates on ISO 9001, documents on and monthly activity reports by graphically.
∎ Keep all instruments/ Equipment and list of chemicals in operational i.e. Equipment maintenance and submit critical spare parts requisition considering the lead-me.
∎ Training under the QC & QA peoples are chemicals and physical (BDSEN, ASTM, BIS Method) analysis of Cement & Raw materials.
∎ Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) tool is in place & working
∎ Monitor inspection of raw materials and accessories of the garment and durability testing in terms color & quality with Statistical Process Control (SPC) Tools
∎ Monitor to identify loopholes during dyeing, cutting, sewing, assembling, washing, finishing and packing stage of garment in terms of quality measurement [Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Observed Quality Level (OQL), Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
∎ Supervise inline quality & quantity check as per production order
∎ Recommend and take corrective actions against deviations and follow up accordingly
∎ Monitor random inspection at final stage
∎ Oversee the day to day functions with QA, PD, Merchandising, Planning and Design & Development department to ensure buyer compliance
∎ Management of client/buyer in case of any non-conforming products
∎ Train and grow local resources in terms of technical skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10 to 15 year(s) only in knit garments at factory manufacturing, buying house experience will not accepted
∎ The applicants should have experience in all quality parameters from fabric to shipment process during their carriers.
∎ English fluency is must
∎ Self-motivated and organized
∎ Positive and good personality
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, internet, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ We will give priority to those who have experience with Primark, C&A, OKAIDI, LIDL, REWE Buyers
