Job Context:
∎ "AGM / DGM (Production)" For Modern 100% Export Oriented Spinning Mills in Chittagong an associate of S. Alam Group.
∎ Job Location :Chittagong (factory based job)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for look after the Production, Quality, Maintenance, Cost Control and Floor Administration of a 100% Export Oriented Modern Spinning Mill in order to get the maximum efficiency & utilization of the machines and manpower by introducing various new check points and maintaining the existing one.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of Processing Ring and Rotor Spinning of 100% Cotton, PC/CVC, Melange, MVS Yarn and Fancy Yarns.
∎ Should be dynamic, result oriented, cost conscious and conversant with modern quality and production management system.
∎ Responsible for drawing up a production schedule and overseeing the production process and ensure that the production is cost effective.
∎ Responsible for making sure that product are produced on time and are of good quality.
∎ Responsible for Plan and supervise the production team to achieve the target production as per production plan and delivery of goods in time as per customers requirements and set up SOP.
∎ Responsible to minimize wastage and loss in all operation processes.
∎ Any other job as required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-7 years practical experience in the field of Production in a senior position in any renowned Textile Mills (Spinning Mills' experience will get preference).
Salary: Negotiable
