∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Minimum 15 years relevant experience in Real Estate development Organization.
∎ Convergent with oral & written communication in English.
∎ Will have challenging & aggressive attitude.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
∎ Age 36 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 15 years relevant experience in Real Estate development Organization.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, especially calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc.
∎ Acquainted with land in all prime locations in Dhaka and adjacent areas and other major cities in Bangladesh.
∎ Proper understanding on Land Development for Joint Venture.
∎ Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement.
∎ Capable of doing feasibility study regarding procurement of land.
∎ Capable of prompt and careful handling with the Landowners.
∎ Liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. authorities.
∎ Cross communication and collaboration functional.
