• Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, Shahjalal University of Science & Technology, Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Patuakhali Science and Technology University students will get preference

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age At most 45 years
• Only Male

• Ready to work any situation in a least possible time.
• To work in different shifts and leading the large numbers of team.
• Good interpersonal-communication skill to deal with people at all levels.
• Good knowledge in computer (MS word, Excel, Power point).

Job Context

• Leading group of companies involved in diversified business is looking for AGM / DGM (IE) for composite Knit Garment Industry. The candidate must have above 10 years working experience in respective field in well reputed high compliance Industry dealing with top international brands like as M&S, C&A, H&M, American Eagle, Mango, Puma, GAP, Nike etc.
• Strong communication skill in knit composite industry running over 100 lines.

Job Responsibilities

• Finalize the operation bulletins, line targets, line balancing build up, for the new styles.
• Maintain proper KPI target/ Ratio and Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
• Train operators for particular operation as needed for specific steps.
• Continue to look for opportunity to implement work aids to reduce steps, time and cost
• Ensure the department in management is consistency looking for method to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency
• Labor utilization and line balancing follow up.
• Preparing the operation bulletin and line lay out for every new style.
• Work place designing.
• Analyze individual operator's performance.
• Time- study, capacity study, production study follow up.
• Monitoring line score sheets by hourly basis.
• Commando operators efficiency follow (production card)
• Unskilled operator's performance follow up.
• Operator Skill card Update when required
• Method study activities in cutting, sewing, finishing
• Setting of Standard Minute Value for new operations.
• Confirming of Standard Minute Value and line target.
• Pre planning of man, machine and attachment requirements
• Monitoring & execute of commando operator.
• Any other task assign by Top Management.
