Education:
∎ Master’s degree in Animal husbandry/Animal Nutrition/Veterinary Science (DVM), or a related field from a reputed university

Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 48 years
∎ Strong knowledge of feed ingredients, additives, and feed formulation.
∎ Experience in software-based feed formulation and quality control.
∎ Proven experience in the feed industry, with expertise in poultry, cattle, and fish feed formulation and production.
∎ Prior experience in managing a technical support team is highly preferred.
∎ Strong background in large-scale feed mill operations and hatchery management.
∎ In-depth knowledge of animal nutrition, feed formulation, and raw material assessment.
∎ Hands-on experience in feed production processes and quality control measures.
∎ Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills related to feed quality and animal health.
∎ Willingness to travel across company locations as per operational needs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and optimize poultry, cattle, and fish feed formulations to ensure nutritional balance and cost efficiency.
∎ Ensure feed quality by continuously evaluating raw materials, additives, and new feed technologies.
∎ Ensure regulatory and safety compliance in feed production processes.
∎ Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and implement new feed performance strategies.
∎ Work closely with top management on strategic decision-making regarding feed quality improvements and new product development.
∎ Provide technical expertise and support to the sales and marketing teams regarding all products.
∎ Train and guide nutritionists, technical staff, and the DVM Technical Support Team to enhance their product knowledge and efficiency in supporting farmers, dealers, and marketing efforts.
