Responsibilities & Context:
Overall supervision of the cutting process for efficient running, monitoring daily production and overall quality.
Coordinate with production teams (Sewing and Finishing) as well as production merchandisers and planning team to ensure the daily cutting requirement.
Keeping control over worker and staff and maintaining manpower budget.
Ensure materials are cut to the correct specifications, minimizing waste and maximizing cutting production with quality.
Track and review the cutting department output and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and addressing them.
Work with CAD/CAM section for decreasing wastage and maximizing marker efficiency.
Keep inventory control over the cutting tools such as straight knife cutter, automatic cutting machine and spare parts/ consumables.
Keep follow up with finished fabric store for material availability in package form.
Set the KPI is Cutting and achieve them accordingly.
Report to Production Head and Management with Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Reports.
