Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive new business and revenue growth in Bangladesh and internationally
∎ Liaise with relevant partners, potential partners, clients to leverage company strength and increase presence of company services and products globally
∎ Train and assist in recruiting necessary resources to fulfill the vision of the company
∎ Assist in Strategy Formulation as well as implementation for aggregate growth of company both from revenue perspective as well as global presence perspective
∎ Work to drive innovation in company for new product roll out and marketing success
∎ Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients
∎ Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
∎ Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery timelines.
∎ Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
∎ Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with internal teams to investigate problems, develop solutions, prepare reports, and make recommendations to management & clients.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training & workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.
∎ Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
∎ Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee

∎ Kay & Que (bd) Ltd. (IT Unit) a concern of Multimode Group is looking for candidates for this post for immediate recruitment.
∎ The AGM of Business Development will be responsible for overseeing the management, operation, and growth of businesses falling within the concerned portfolio. This may include multiple businesses, both local and international, in a wide variety of industries and sectors including IT and software development, Telecommunications, Cyber Security, etc. The candidate should be comfortable working in fast paced environments, managing a team and delegating work, handling clients and closing sales/generating revenue, project management, and ensuring after sales support. The position will include the responsibility to meet revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis, and support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
