∎ Ability to work with product innovation, campaign planning, and growth strategy
∎ Strong knowledge of telecommunication digital and value added services
∎ Experience or knowledge of ai based solutions, social media marketing
∎ Ability to lead and grow cross-functional team of technical staff- marketing staff, software and product development, networking and operations
∎ Need to have good communication skills and should communicate proactively with team members, partner network and client
∎ Ability to manage and oversee an entire cross functional team to meet budgetary targets
∎ Proficiency in English and Bangla
∎ MS Office
∎ Technical knowledge and experience (software, engineer, programming) Required
∎ Excellent presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
∎ Able to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines strictly.
