  • Prior experience in Marketing, Sales, or a related field will be given preference.

  • Experience in elevator (lift) or diesel generator sales/marketing will be considered an added advantage.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms will be considered a plus.



Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Responsibilities – Elevator (Lift) & Diesel Generator:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets for Elevator (Lift) and Diesel Generator products.

  • Identify new market segments and business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure sectors.

  • Visit clients, consultants, and project sites to promote and achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.

  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions for both lift and generator systems.

  • Conduct site assessments and recommend appropriate product specifications and capacity.

  • Prepare and follow up quotations, proposals, BOQs, and tender documentation.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and engineers.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership to drive the team in achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with engineering, project, and after-sales service teams to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts.
