Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates applying for this post must have English Medium School Background (must have completed O Levels, A Levels).
∎ Students from the following Universities are encouraged to apply and will be given preference: NSU, BRAC, IUB, Dhaka University (IBA). Students who have attended university in English-speaking countries will also be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be in-charge of overseeing 3 main departments: institutional sales (business to business) for products made by Quasem Industries Limited and its sister concerns (Sunlite battery and lighter, Sun Chips, other upcoming consumer products), Export Sales for the same products and will also organize and coordinate brand promotion activities.
∎ • Will be the responsibility of candidates will be to identify institutions that buy such products in bulk and visit them individually to promote the products and then maintain the relationship with the buyer to ensure repeat sales.
∎ Candidates will be responsible for identifying foreign markets for our products and finding the appropriate distribution channels in other countries. Candidate must be well versed in English and be willing to make international trips to secure deals.
∎ Candidates will also be in charge of coordinating brand promotion activities for all products of the company.
∎ Candidates must maintain good personal hygiene and have a smart appearance.
∎ Candidate must be able to work independently without much supervision.
∎ Candidate must be able to handle multiple teams of people under their direction and keep them motivated and develop their skills.
∎ Candidates who have experience with graphic designing and/or social media marketing will be given preference.
∎ Candidates MUST be fluent in both written and spoken English and Bengali. Candidates must be confident, assured and well-spoken.
∎ Perform any other jobs as required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Candidates from English Medium School Background (completed O Levels, A Levels) will be STRONGLY preferred for this post.
∎ All candidates must have AT LEAST 3 years of experience working in institutional sales of a reputed company.
∎ Candidates must have at least 7 years' experience working with the marketing-related activities of a reputed company. Candidates who have worked in the Marketing Department of FMCG companies will be given preference.
∎ Candidates over the age of 40 will not be considered for this post except in exceptional circumstances.
∎ Strong command in English (reading, writing, speaking).
∎ Friendly personality - approachable, outgoing, assertive
∎ Creative minded individuals are preferred for this post.
∎ Good organizational skills: ability to prioritize and multi-task
∎ Flexible and resourceful at problem-solving
∎ Basic computer knowledge (MS., Excel, Internet browsing, E-mail).
