Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from reputed University, PGD in HRM will get privilege.
∎ Skills Required: Communication skills, Compliance, Management and Leadership

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration in Garments Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execution of company's HR plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ To Direct & Control overall administration department and its activities
∎ Ensure proper HR operation and function of the organization i.e. recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion and increment etc.
∎ Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law.
∎ Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the Unit.
∎ Liaison with govt. and other external stakeholders like BGMEA, BKMEA, Fire service dept, etc.
∎ Follow-up the functionalities of HR/Admin/Compliance
∎ Maintain relationship with Police Authorities, RAB. Local Influences and other government agencies
∎ Ensure effective execution of administrative functions including security system at the factory
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin & HR issues.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
∎ Resolve employee’s grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Design & execute proper recruitment policies within the organization.
