Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sale of TATA Rebuilt Vehicle under Upazila Dealership.
∎ Door to door visit to find out potential customer.
∎ Taking the challenge to meet the monthly sales & recovery target.
∎ Collecting installment from clients/customers regularly in an amicable way and depositing it in companies account properly.
∎ Arrange Mela, Roadshow, and Customer Meet jointly with the dealers for Rebuilt Vehicle.
∎ Meet the influential, critical parties & solve their problems.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with the local Dealers.
∎ Maintaining congenial relations with “Pick up Malik Somity”, “Truck Malik Somity”, Drivers etc.
∎ Helping the seize office to seize the vehicle against default customer.
∎ Ensure documentation to complete the sales and raise requisition of vehicle to display at showroom/ delivery.
∎ Taking care of credit vehicles and clients/customers by activities and advice.
∎ To know the details about each & every file under the concerned upazila dealers.
∎ Daily sales & collection report to the Management.
∎ Liaison with local Nitol Service Center to support the customer by allowing free service/warranty etc.
∎ Any other responsibilities given by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Posting in Own Upazila or Nearby Upazila.
∎ Capable and willing to perform Sales & credit collection at own/nearby Upazila/Thana of the country.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills in oral and written Bengali and English.
∎ Able to work independently.
∎ Must have proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
∎ Must be able to use smart phone.
