We are an advertising agency that bridges top-tier talent with exciting career opportunities in IT, FinTech, EdTech, Marketplaces, and Telecom sectors.

We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager to join a growing international project.

The Affiliate Manager will manage affiliate programs, communicate with affiliates, execute marketing and sales strategies, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard new partners (webmasters, influencers, networks) across international social media and digital platforms.

• Negotiation & Terms: Negotiate all commercial terms, pricing, and campaign details; ensure agreements are documented.

• Partner Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day communication, supply necessary promo materials, and promptly resolve partner operational issues.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics (traffic, registrations, deposits) and evaluate cost-effectiveness of partners and channels.

• Optimization & Reporting: Analyze performance data, optimize campaigns for better results, and provide clear daily/weekly reports to the management and marketing teams.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in digital, internet, or affiliate marketing. Professional user experience of Google Sheets/Excel, Docs and Email.

• Experience in the Bangladesh market is a strong advantage.

• Conversational Bengali and English language skills (written & spoken).

• Responsibility, discipline, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Willingness to learn and grow fast.
