∎ LLB (Hons.) from any recognized University and having foreign law degree from England or commonwealth jurisdiction will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Lawyer, Land and Legal, Land Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for providing legal opinion on different issues as required by management.
∎ Have to deal with in-house and outdoor court activities (as per requirement).
∎ Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings as well as maintain liaison with necessary government & semi-government body.
∎ Face Civil issue on behalf of the company in any court, tribunals or any other authority for the interest and benefit of the company.
∎ Check and verify every single document of land relating to land deeds and Bia-Deeds, Records, Porcha, Survey Maps, Khatians, Dags, DCRs of CS, SA, RS, BS, Diarra etc., mutation documents, tax documents demarcation of land and property

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Must have work experience as Civil lawyer in Supreme Court of Bangladesh
∎ Candidate must have deep Knowledge on land related papers.
