Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Court Practices, Legal Affairs, Legal vetting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for various corporate, legal and regulatory matters, legal compliance, laws and regulations, policies, disputes, claims, litigation's etc.
∎ To peruse cases and liaison with Law enforce agency. Update the case details in software.
∎ Liaison with court personnel, maintain court cases, Drafting and Vetting of Legal Documents.
∎ Recover money from default dealers/customers and visit WDTIL to resolve dispute in several issues etc.
∎ Represent company before Judicial Administration, Take legal action against the duplicate product.
∎ Response to meet emergency and adverse situation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bar Council Membership is required
∎ Strong Communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good knowledge on Law of Land
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Labor Law 2006 with the latest amendment
∎ Good knowledge about land measurement, land mutation, land registration, land ownership, contract and company law
∎ Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement
∎ Organized with the ability to priorities and focus on what is important
∎ Familiarity with local & International law
