∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bangladesh labor law 2006 and new rules 2015, Company Law, HR Compliance, Legal Affairs
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for various corporate, legal and regulatory matters, legal compliance, laws and regulations, policies, disputes, claims, litigations etc.
∎ To formulate policies as per Bangladesh Labor law 2006, Labor Rules 2015 and other relevant laws of the land.
∎ To coordinate with all stakeholder including IT, Payroll, Accounts, Bill Verification etc. for implementation of circulated policy.
∎ To monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards including labor laws, environmental regulations, safety standards, and trade laws.
∎ To face Social Compliance Audit, Technical Audit, concern Government Authority audit, Internal audit etc. on behalf of HR department and mitigate their observations and findings.
∎ To identify legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate potential liabilities.
∎ To maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization.
∎ Any other task assigned by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Bar Council Membership.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Labor Law 2006, Labor Rules 2015, Amendment 2018 & 2022.
∎ Proficient in Bangla and English reading, writing and speaking.
∎ Capable to Roam all over Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to priorities and focus on what is important.
∎ Familiarity with local & International law
∎ Good at MS office Package.
