Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full time employment.
∎ To take up civil cases which are assigned by the authority of Kohinoor Chemical Co. (BD) Ltd only.
∎ Arrange and coordinate panel lawyers/external lawyers as and when advised by the management.
∎ To manage and maintain upto date documents of lands and properties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years' experience on civil case (cases related to land and properties).
∎ Must have the membership of Dhaka Bar Association.
∎ Must have adequate updated knowledge on Civil laws.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bengali and English.
∎ Adequate computer knowledge.
∎ Experience in corporate environment will be an added competency.
