Job Context:
∎ Accountability and Responsiveness in Informal Urban Settlements for Equity (ARISE) Project.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until October 31, 2023.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize the activities related to advocacy, monitoring and documentation
∎ Select beneficiaries as per project guideline
∎ Support beneficiaries in accessing services from any health service providing organizations;
∎ Visit activities frequently at field level and provide feedback to the field staff and line management for improving the quality
∎ Purposive video documentation and record keeping
∎ Conduct necessary advocacy initiative with service providers for applying social accountability tools
∎ Prepare case studies, document best practices or best experiences and disseminate it to the print/electronic media.
∎ Ensure integrity and relevancy of documentation
∎ Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ For implementing ARISE project, a dynamic Advocacy, Monitoring & Documentation Officer is needed to document and to monitor the implemented and ongoing project activities and keep the activities on track. To serve the purpose, necessary advocacy initiatives will have to be taken by the position holder with service providers, service receivers on health issue. Regular communication with line management is highly required. It is also needed to have sound knowledge on public health service providing organizations and governance focused activity implementation process. The following attributes also expected-

∎ Advocacy and documentation skill
∎ Report writing and presentation skill
∎ Expertise on MS Office Package
∎ Database preparation and data analysis skill
∎ Knowledge on the application of social accountability tools
∎ Excellent command in English
∎ Video documentation and editing skill (desirable)

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
