Education:
∎ Masters in any discipline
∎ Masters
∎ Master’s in Development studies / Public Administration / Mass Communication & Journalism / Sociology / International Relations / Master of Public Health or related fields of Social Sciences.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least five (5-7) years work experience in policy advocacy, communication, public and media relations, writing and content creation.
∎ Experience in legal and policy analysis of development initiatives.
∎ Experience in producing high-quality written work to influence policy outcomes.
∎ Experience in working with diverse stakeholders, including communities, national and international NGOs, UN/Donor Agencies, Government ministries, and government bodies.
∎ Experience and evidence of fundraising work is an added advantage.
∎ Excellent communication (written and spoken) skills to absorb complex information and present it to different audiences in a clear and accessible way.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement policy, engagement and knowledge transmission strategies for different projects of the organization.
∎ Maintain liaison with the Media, Journalist groups and sectoral agencies such as Government, donors and international partners.
∎ Develop knowledge products such as reports, newsletters, case study, policy briefs, fact sheets, and project profiles.
∎ Support and conduct policy analysis on relevant issues related to thematic areas of different projects.
∎ Lead the dissemination of research findings from the projects with creative and innovative products to harness the public interest.
∎ Support the production of relevant documentation for use in advocacy and policy initiatives.

Employment Status: Contractual

Job Location: Dhaka

Job Highlights:
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2025.
