∎ The Role and Scope:
∎ The Gender, Diversity, Inclusion, and Protection (GDIP) Advisor is a strategic leadership position within Program team and act as the key technical expert and program lead of GDIP for Plan International Bangladesh. This role will be responsible for positioning PIB internally and externally and advocate for gender equality, diversity, and inclusion as a thought leader for both development and emergency context. This position will set program vision, develop strategy and determine success factors in alignment with country strategy that advance gender equality, ensure protection & inclusive program in all diversity in both development and humanitarian crisis. This position is responsible to ensure children, adolescents, and youth (CAY) have equitable access to, participation in, and benefits from and act as decision makers for both humanitarian and development programing aligning with the country strategy.
