∎ Graduate/BBA/MBA (Marketing)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
∎ Lead and schedule daily/weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership.
∎ Track sales team metrics and report data to management on a regular basis.
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Motivating sales executives to make themselves higher performers.
∎ Asking payment/Sending payment reminders to the clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Gas Stove / Home Appliance / Water Pump products experience is a must.
∎ Dynamic, hard working & self-motivated with sound physical & mental health.
∎ Should have good presentation skills.
∎ Candidate should be professional, dedicated, self-motivated and honest.
∎ Chittagong, Sylhet, Barishal Divisional working areas candidates will get preference.

Salary: Negotiable
