Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Management/ MBA/ Post graduate qualification in the related field of sstudy.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a passionate leader with Master's Degree, preferably in Management/ MBA/ Post graduate qualification in the related field of sstudy. A minimum of 5 years' experience providing a whole range of administration and logistics services to an organization, ideally with at least 3 years in an International NGO. Proven experience of leading the management and implementation of security for an INGO- including developing and implementing security policy/protocol. Proven financial management skills and human resources skills. Proven knowledge of computerized systems and demonstrable experience of working with computerized logistics packages and spreadsheets. Good understanding of working with donor requirements (GAC, USAID, ECHO, EU, DFID etc.) A deeper understanding about gender transformative and rights based approach. Applicants should be ready to carry out frequent field visits, meet the deadlines and enjoy working with children and young people and a wide range of partner organisation.
