Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for administration delivery of the project.
∎ Overall planning, implementation and supervision of project support activities, which includes logistics support, administration.
∎ Procure items as per procurement policy of the organization
∎ Maintain records of fixed assets
∎ Provide logistics support during training, meeting, workshop etc.
∎ Maintain and check the log books of the motorcycles
∎ Ensure security of the assets and office
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Maintain and preserve records such as:.
∎ Leave register
∎ Personal file
∎ Receive and dispatch register
∎ House rent Agreement file
∎ Vehicle agreement file
∎ All kinds of legal documents such as registration certificates, FD-6 etc.
∎ Inventory register
∎ Attendance and movement register
∎ Should have good knowledge about administration
∎ Should have good knowledge about policies of the organization
∎ Good record keeping skills
∎ Stock/Store management skills
∎ Planning and administrative management skills
∎ Field level monitoring skill.
∎ Good Computer operation in MS Word, Excel, Internet and email communication
∎ Excellent communications skills.
Salary: Tk. 37000 (Monthly)
