Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Grand Auto Services, a one stop-automobile workshop based in Chattogram is looking for an admin & IT officer who shall be responsible for:
∎ 1.) Proper filing & documentation.
∎ 2.) Date Entry and update in excel & ERP software.
∎ 3.)Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
∎ 4.)Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
∎ 5.)Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
∎ 6.)Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
∎ 7.) Managing inventory list, procurement and purchase invoices of parts and orders.
∎ 8.) Handling online customers and customer files.
