Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Accounting/ Business Administration or equivalent technical training certificate in Accounting with relevant experience.
∎ Skills Required: Accounts Software, Excellent English communication skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, Financial Management, Project Planning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing the project budget in accordance with the logical frame & project proposal in a participatory process.
∎ Internal & external audit requirement fill up.
∎ Ensuring statutory financial statements, e.g. balance sheet, income & expenditure statements, receipts & payments statements etc are prepared on time.
∎ Submitting financial statements to the management.
∎ Maintaining project related documents like MOA, MOU, DOA and other agreement & contracts.
∎ Maintaining liaison with development partners & sub-contractor son all types of financial matters.
∎ Ensuring periodic (monthly/ quarterly/ half-yearly & yearly) financial reports for donor.
∎ Prepare staff monthly salary sheets and transferred to bank in monthly basis and others banking works as needed.
∎ Assisting auditors & consultants to carry out their activities.
∎ Ensuring deduction of VAT & Tax at source from the suppliers & service providers.
∎ To maintain Furniture Fixture & Equipment register and prepare half-yearly report and submit it to donor.
∎ Checking bill & voucher & submit to donor.
∎ To coordinate and assist the senior staff and department head in all aspects of administrative and financial related areas.
∎ Ensuring voucher posting in organizational software
∎ Ensure logistic support to the project staff
∎ Meet up financial requirement of project staff on time
∎ Any other assignment by the supervisor/authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2-3 years' experience in humanitarian or development programs/industry in Finance and/or Grants department.
∎ Required to be able to function comfortably in a complex work environment, under pressure whilst prioritizing multiple tasks.
∎ Good supervisory, time management and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
∎ Required to be able to work under minimal supervision.
∎ Demonstrable understanding of project planning and project cycle management.
∎ Ability to build good working relationships and work effectively with program, field staff and organization.
∎ High-level of knowledge on MS-Office
∎ This job requires strong analytical skills to be able to make logical and strategic budget decisions.

Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ As per project provision.
