Responsibilities & Context:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential students interested in ACCA courses through calls, emails, social media, and events.
Build and maintain a database of leads (prospective students).
Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and inquiries.
Student Counseling & Consultation
Explain the ACCA qualification, syllabus, exam structure, and benefits clearly.
Assess students’ eligibility and career goals to recommend appropriate courses or batches.
Address queries regarding course duration, fees, exam exemptions, and study resources.
Enrollment & Sales Conversion
Convert prospective students into enrolled candidates.
Handle the registration process, including fee collection and documentation.
Ensure students understand payment plans, deadlines, and institutional policies.
Market Awareness
Stay updated on ACCA exam updates, changes in curriculum, and industry trends.
Monitor competitor institutions and their offerings.
Provide feedback to management on market demands and pricing strategies.
