Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify potential students interested in ACCA courses through calls, emails, social media, and events.

• Build and maintain a database of leads (prospective students).

• Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and inquiries.

Student Counseling & Consultation

• Explain the ACCA qualification, syllabus, exam structure, and benefits clearly.

• Assess students’ eligibility and career goals to recommend appropriate courses or batches.

• Address queries regarding course duration, fees, exam exemptions, and study resources.

Enrollment & Sales Conversion

• Convert prospective students into enrolled candidates.

• Handle the registration process, including fee collection and documentation.

• Ensure students understand payment plans, deadlines, and institutional policies.

Market Awareness

• Stay updated on ACCA exam updates, changes in curriculum, and industry trends.

• Monitor competitor institutions and their offerings.

• Provide feedback to management on market demands and pricing strategies.
