Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Counsel prospective students and provide current students with required information.
∎ Provide detailed information about courses, schedules, and fees.
∎ Answer questions and address concerns from students/parents professionally.
∎ Guide potential students through enrollment, explaining program benefits.
∎ Assist with onboarding enrolled students by sharing course details and instructions.
∎ Handle daily administrative tasks (schedules, records, document processing).
∎ Coordinate meetings, events, and classroom allocations.
∎ Assist faculty and students with inquiries and administrative needs.
∎ Support attendance tracking, report preparation, and admission processes.
∎ Manage social media pages, create posts, and design artworks using Canva.
∎ Engage with leads from social media (Facebook, Instagram) via calls.
∎ Follow up with interested leads to provide additional enrollment support.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies.
∎ Achieve individual enrollment targets and contribute to team goals.
∎ Guide students through enrollment processes and admission requirements.
∎ Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and attendance in Google Sheets.
∎ Oversee office upkeep, supplies inventory, and resource allocation.
∎ Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Utilize Google Sheets, Drive, and other Google Apps for tasks.
∎ Manage communication with partners, staff, and external stakeholders via email, phone, or in-person.
∎ Stay updated on qualification updates, course offerings, and market trends.
∎ Student Advisory and Support
