  • SAP proficiency is highly desirable.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of cold store and supply chain processes is a plus.



Responsibilities & Context:

SAP Knowledge

  • Efficiently operate and maintain SAP for data entry, reporting, and management.

Excel Maintenance

  • Create and manage complex spreadsheets for data analysis, inventory tracking, and reporting.

  • Use advanced Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.

Cold Store Management

  • Maintain records of cold storage operations, inventory levels, and associated activities.

  • Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to maintain quality standards.

Data Entry

  • Accurately input and update data across various platforms.

  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of entered data.

  • Salary Sheet Preparation

  • Prepare and manage payroll records for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Address discrepancies and resolve payroll issues.

Labor Management

  • Oversee daily labor activities, attendance, and performance.

  • Handle grievances and ensure compliance with labor policies.

  • Transport Management

  • Coordinate transportation schedules and ensure efficient logistics.

  • Maintain records of vehicles, drivers, and fuel consumption.

Supply Chain Operations

  • Support supply chain activities, including inventory control, procurement, and delivery tracking.

  • Ensure smooth flow of goods and materials.
