Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field 2–3 years of experience in administrative coordination or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
Coordinate with the administrative team across departments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain communication between teams and assist in implementing administrative decisions.
Take detailed meeting minutes and prepare structured reports on administrative updates and requirements.
Assist in scheduling, planning, and organizing events, meetings, and engagement initiatives.
Liaise with the core engagement team to ensure effective coordination and support for activities.
Track and compile reports on office supply needs, asset usage, maintenance issues, and other admin KPIs.
Support the Admin Manager in executing routine tasks and special projects.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for administrative documentation.
Follow up on action items and ensure administrative deadlines are met.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications related to admin operations.
