Hands on experience in Operations & PPC, Aluminium foils operations , International Marketing.
The incumbents should have For Business Head -Aluminum Foil Rolling Mill Production and Sales & Marketing, and Alu Alu & Special Glazing Paper Foil Products at least 18 year(s) 28 year(s) experience in Aluminum Foil Mills and Converting unit.
Hands on experience on Aluminum Foil Rolling Mill Production is mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context:
Buildtrade Foils Limited is a reputed company are going to be successfully completed the Aluminium Foil & Converting unit which is the first Foils project in Bangladesh. The Company is looking for experienced, dynamic and highly potential and versatile professionals for the following position.
Head overall PPC, SCM, and operational activities to ensure smooth plant functioning.
Manage end-to-end production planning, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
Oversee operations of Aluminium Foil Rolling Mills and converting lines (Slitting, CTL, Lamination, Coating, Foil Separator, etc.).
Coordinate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to align production with market demand.
Drive customer development and market expansion, including regional markets.
Monitor performance through S-Q-C-D-I-P frameworks and ensure continuous improvement.
Handle internal and external customer complaints, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
Lead people management, manpower planning, training, and safety initiatives.
Prepare and control annual budgets, demand forecasting, and cost optimization.
