Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in garments/apparel retail

• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

• Strong knowledge of men’s wear, women’s wear, kids’ wear & accessories

Required Skills & Conditions:

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and customer-handling ability

• Knowledge of POS software, sales reporting, and basic accounts

• Honest, responsible, and target-oriented

• Ability to work under pressure and manage peak-hour operations

• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for daily showroom operations

• Lead, supervise, and motivate sales & cash counter teams

• Ensure achievement of sales targets and business growth

• Maintain proper stock control, display, and visual merchandising

• Monitor cash handling, sales reports, and inventory coordination

• Ensure excellent customer service and complaint resolution

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & performance reports

• Ensure compliance with company policies and discipline

• Sales incentive / performance bonus
