Responsibilities & Context:

Brandsquare, LLC is hiring an Operations Executive to help our teams stay organized and keep our systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Leadership

  • Oversee day to day operations across all departments

  • Ensure workflows and processes are followed consistently and updated on time

  • Monitor task progress across Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations

  • Track assignments, follow up with teams and ensure timely completion

  • Maintain clean data flow across ERP, trackers and all internal systems

  1. Process & System Management

  • Design, document and help implement SOPs for all departments

  • Improve workflows to increase speed, reduce errors and support scalability

  • Assist in adopting new systems, technologies and automation tools

  • Help maintain the company’s ERP system with structured and accurate data

  • Introduce system driven solutions to optimize daily operations

  1. Team Management

  • Support and guide junior operations members

  • Conduct daily check ins and assist with weekly reviews

  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, attendance and workflow clarity

  • Coordinate interdepartmental communication and resolve blockers

  • Share structured operational insights and reports with leadership

  1. Program & Office Management

  • Assist in planning internal programs, company events and team activities

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding with proper setup and documentation

  • Ensure workspace cleanliness, readiness and environment standards

  • Manage office inventory, stock tracking and vendor coordination

  • Handle purchase requests, budgeting support and operational expenses

  1. Reporting & Strategic Support

  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly operations reports

  • Help maintain Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly KPI reports

  • Identify operational risks and recommend improvements

  • Support the leaders with high level operational execution

  • Align day to day execution with long term operational plans

  1. Policy & Communication Oversight

  • Help implement internal policies and operational structures

  • Maintain official communication channels across all departments

  • Oversee and enforce leave policies & workflow standards

  • Maintain professional, healthy relationships across all teams

  • Ensure all SOPs are updated and properly followed

Office Location:

This role is fully onsite & requires working from our Kishoreganj Sadar office. Remote work is not available. Please apply only if you can be present in the office full time.
