Our Dhaka office plays a key role in operations, quality control, design coordination, and factory liaison in China, working closely with our Australian leadership team.

Position Details

  • Location: Mirpur 10, Dhaka

  • Employment Type: Full-time (Office-based) and Friday home office

  • Weekend: Saturday & Sunday


    About the Role

    This is a responsibility-driven operational role, not a sales or commission-based position.

    You will work closely with the Dhaka Office Manager and the Director (Australia), supporting daily operations and gradually taking ownership of:

    • Quality control and accuracy checking

    • File review and final validations before factory submission

    • Coordination between designers, operations, and factories

    • Supporting designers with process guidance and decision clarity

    Over time, the right candidate will be trained to lead part of the operations/design coordination function and grow into higher operational responsibility.

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Review and check files for accuracy, consistency, and compliance

    • Support factory coordination and approval processes

    • Ensure standards are followed across jobs and teams

    • Assist in workflow management and escalation control

    • Support designers with structured problem-solving

    • Assist with special operational or research tasks as directed

        Candidates from science or engineering backgrounds who have moved into operations, coordination, or process-oriented roles are also welcome.

      • Experience Requirements

        • 3 –5 years of relevant experience in operations, coordination, quality control, or structured service environments

        • Leadership experience is not required, but leadership potential is essential
