Job Responsibilities:

• Drive Enrollments: Convert inbound leads from our website and social media into successful enrollments through consultative selling.

• Counseling: Provide detailed information about our courses, curriculum, and job placement support to prospective students.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets set by the management.

• Follow-up: Maintain a regular follow-up schedule with "hot" and "warm" leads via phone and email.

• Reporting: Update the daily activity, lead status, and report to the sales manager.

• Market Outreach: Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and campus activations at local colleges and universities.
