Experience:
Must have good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
Develop and execute ERP sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Prepare and deliver product demos, presentations, proposals, and pricing
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Build strong relationships with decision-makers (C-Level, IT Heads, Finance, HR, Operations)
Understand client business processes and map ERP solutions accordingly
Maintain continuous communication and follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Work closely with technical/functional teams to design suitable ERP solutions
Gather client requirements and prepare functional documents / SOW
Coordinate with implementation, support, and project teams after sales closure
Prepare RFQ/RFP response and others
Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and reporting to management
Additional Expertise:
Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in ERP software or technology solutions.
Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification techniques
Proven track record in leading full sales cycle
Ability to collaborate closely with functional and technical teams for smooth client handovers
Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali.
Must have 4 to 6 years of ERP experience, and Odoo ERP experience is preferable.
