Responsibilities & Context: Community Development Centre (CODEC) is seeking qualified Bangladeshi professionals for the as a part of project proposal development for a tentative project that will address waste management , promote environmental sustainability, advance climate change adaptation, and strengthen inclusive community engagement in Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, and Tangail.
As part of our preparation, we are tentatively collecting CVs from qualified and interested candidates for potential future positions.

The Admin and Finance Officer is key personnel for financial dealings and control of this project. He/she will also provide administrative support to the project team. The Admin and Finance Officer will be responsible for maintaining the accounts of this project. He/she will be reportable to the Senior District Coordinator.
The Admin & Finance Officer will ensure sound financial management, compliance, and administrative support for the project. Responsibilities include:
- Manage project accounts, budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting in line with donor requirements.
- Prepare and submit timely financial statements, vouchers, payroll, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procurement rules, and audit requirements.
- Maintain project records, contracts, and administrative files.
- Support logistics for training, meetings, workshops, and field activities.
- Coordinate with the District Coordinator, Senior District Coordinator, and Donor for financial approvals and reporting.
- Perform other administrative and financial tasks as assigned to ensure smooth project operations.
