Experience:
Execute BTL activations such as field events, roadshows, pop-ups, and trade marketing activities ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and suppliers to manage production and deployment of POSM, branding materials, and on-ground logistics.
Support partnership activation plans by coordinating co-branded campaigns, joint promotions, and partner-led events.
Ensure on-ground supervision during activations to maintain brand consistency, operational accuracy, and smooth execution.
Maintain project trackers including activation calendars, checklists, budgets, and material inventories.
Collect field insights and customer feedback to evaluate activation performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare post-activation reports covering KPIs, ROI, challenges, and recommendations for future activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, creative, procurement) to ensure alignment on activation strategies and objectives.
