Salary: Tk. 30000 - 45000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

• Age At most 45 years

• Program and research experience on CCA/DRR projects.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience handling accounts functions of development Projects/NGOs.
• Good in operating MS Office, accounting software, internet, etc.
• Good in communication and writing both in Bangla and English.
• Obtain approvals from the Executive Director and the donors on all procurements and purchases for the projects and the organization.
• Oversee the financial audits of all projects of the organization.
• Responsive and good personnel skill.
• Pro-active and gender sensitive.

• Will be responsible for preparing budget according to the program and staff numbers, taking care of funds to pay bills and salaries of employees, and vendors, preparing account statements, analyzing revenue, and resolving accounting discrepancies.

• Oversee the financial operations of the project and ensure timely and accurate financial reports and practices, including cash management, payroll, financial disbursements, ledgers, etc.
