  • Masters in Finance/ accounting/ MBA in accounting.

  • Incumbent holding Chartered Accountant degree/CC will be given preference.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • At least 5years of experience in relevant field.

  • However, experience may be relaxed for candidates who have financial management experience with GF grants.

  • Experience in working with Government will be an added advantage.

  • E-communication skills for this position are essential

  • Competency in integrated software-based accounting system with excellent knowledge in MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Word.

  • Good written and spoken communication skill in Bangla and English is essential.

E-Zone HRM Limited is now accepting applications from Bangladeshi Nationals for the following vacancies as per the ToR below:

Duty Station: National Malaria Elimination and ATDs Control Program Office, DC, DGHS, Dhaka

Contract Duration: Up to 31st December 2026 (Renewable based on the performance and availability of funds)

Contract Start Date: Immediate

Reporting to: Under the guidance of Director, DC, DGHS and Supervised by Deputy Director

A. Scope of Work and Responsibilities

  • Preparation and process of all types of bills and voucher and prepare payments

  • Maintain Cash book, Day book, Ledger, File and supporting register.

  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement and bank dealings.

  • Prepare advance payment for training program, visit and other payment.

  • Verify and prepare adjustment of all advances within time frame.

  • Monitor and ensure the voucher posting in accounting software (Tally) and submit it to Assistant Finance Manager for verification.

  • Preserve all the documents of transactions and cheques and cheque book etc.

  • Maintain the cash and process to withdraw as per budget and SoE.

  • Ensure deduction of TDS and VAT and deposit to bank within time frame.

  • Process third party adjustment and make journal.

  • Preparation of all financial statements and reports using accounting software (Tally) ensuring the donor requirements.

  • Coordinate with auditors in finalizing annual/periodic or any other audits of the projects.

  • Undertake any other activities assigned by the Director DC and the Deputy Director (M&PDC), NMEP authority and other supervisor.



Job Other Benifits:

    Accountants will get BDT 1,00,000 /= (One Lac Taka Only) Per Month. (Consolidated)
